Get to know Louise
Named after Louise Rothschild, whose family’s financial empire famously began in Frankfurt, Ruby Louise blends 19th-century elegance with edgy urban accents.
Like all great pioneers, there was more to Louise than met the eye. Born into a wealthy family, she could happily have lived a life of quiet luxury. Instead, she set her mind to social change, and the city’s still dotted with buildings that bear her name.
Taking the lead from her genteel grit, we’ve combined the clean lines and soft curves of Biedermeier design with graffiti and modern art to create a true Mainhattan mood.
The bar menu offers a similar contrast of classic cocktails and signature originals, along with tasty Italian-inspired snacks.
For a sundowner, the Skybar is hard to beat. Our spacious terrace on the 6th floor is a soothing spot to raise a glass to the hustle and bustle below. And in the morning, a healthy breakfast and barista coffee will set you up to hit the city again.
Each room has been designed in our unique Lean Luxury style, with a big, comfy bed, a rainfall shower and soft, fluffy towels. Rich, dark wood panelling and elegant mouldings are brought up to date with street art and a Marshall amp.
Frankfurt’s fashion district is right on the doorstep, while the old town and business district are both within easy strolling distance. Hauptwache station is a five-minute walk away, from where the airport’s around 15 minutes by S-Bahn.
Skybar Roof Terrace
When you’re ready to escape the hustle and bustle, make a beeline for the Skybar. With its classic skyline view, our 6th-floor roof terrace is a great place to unwind and admire the city from above.
Start your day with an al fresco breakfast, spend a lazy afternoon basking with a book or kick back with a cocktail on a sunny evening.

24-Hour Bar
Combining genteel Biedermeier lines and plush fabrics with street art and a hint of urban edge, the 24-hour bar is an inspiring space where people come together to share tall tales and grand plans, catch an up-and-coming band or just unwind with a skilfully shaken cocktail.
Find an armchair in a cosy nook, grab a table or perch at the bar – our designers have made sure there’s a comfy spot for everyone.
Breakfast
Our healthy, locally sourced breakfast buffet with fresh barista coffee and organic tea will set you up for the day ahead.
Tuck into fresh fruit and superfood cereals, along with wholegrain bread from the local bakery, and a delicious selection of meats and cheeses, along with a few of the city’s own specialities. For a true taste of Frankfurt, try the Frankfurter Würstchen (what else?).

Galley
Fancy a drink, forgotten your toothbrush or need a quick ironing fix? Head to one of our Galleys.
There, you’ll find hot water and free organic tea, along with an ironing board and iron.
There’s also a Maxi Bar where you can buy everything from soft drinks and snacks to an umbrella or a toothbrush.

Music’s a big part of life at Louise. That’s why you can hire an electric guitar for an impromptu jam, tune into Ruby Radio in your room and even catch live acts in the bar.

Sustainability
Since the start, we’ve taken lots of steps to be sustainable. From choosing renewable energy to streamlining systems to reduce paper use, some of it’s behind the scenes.
In your room though, you’ll notice smart lighting and refillable Ruby Care amenity bottles, along with renewable natural materials like wood panelling and flooring. Where possible, we also rescue and restore second-hand furniture to add character and cut our carbon footprint.
We’re lucky enough to have some brilliant local suppliers in our home cities. That means we can keep our food and drink miles down on everything from breakfast treats to beer and wine.

Whether you’re an old friend or a first-timer in Frankfurt, Ruby Louise is a great base for exploring the city. Perched between the skyscrapers of the banking district and the historic old town, you can be striding purposefully with the power suits or sipping coffee on a peaceful square within minutes of leaving your room.
The Main Tower, with its observation deck and panoramic views, is a three-minute walk away, while Römerberg, the city’s historic heart, is a ten-minute wander.
For shopaholics, the department stores and designer labels of the Zeil are a must. For the best boutiques though, head to glamorous Goethestrasse, which is right on Louise’s doorstep.
And, when you’re ready to refuel, pop round the corner to pretty Fressgass for a glass of tart Apfelwein with a side of people-watching.

Like you, we travel a lot. And wherever we go, we expect three things: a great night’s sleep, a powerful shower and top-notch connections – both to the city and the WiFi.
What we’re less keen on is paying for extras we never use. In dynamic cities bursting with Michelin stars and foodie pop-ups, room service sandwiches just don’t cut the mustard.
